Your services will be engaged on a contract for services basis only. You will not be employed by Invoice Angels Limited or the agency/client – you will be an independent self-employed contractor. We will ensure that all parties to the placement sign a contract before you begin providing services to your client.

Our Fees/Charges are:

4% of the gross amount of each invoice, excluding VAT

Our minimum charge is just £20 per invoice raised

You’re not charged when you don’t work and can pick up with us again when you do

 

At the end of the tax year it is your responsibility to manage your own tax affairs and ensure that you are registered with the appropriate tax authority and satisfy your tax liabilities.

You are in no way responsible for the running of Invoice Angels Limited our tax and accounting affairs.
